 We’d like to remind you of the upcoming changes to report availability in the eFax Management portal as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience: 

 Report Access Changes: 

 

 Starting February 19th,  the following reports will no longer be accessible in the portal:

 

 Summary Report 

 Billing Report 

 Fax Machine Connectors Orders Report 

 Grouped Stats By Number Report 

 

 

 Starting April 23rd, the following report API endpoints will no longer be accessible:

 

 Summary Report 

 Billing Report 

 

 

 

 Enhanced Recommended Replacements: 

 

 To replace  Summary Reports , please use:

 

 Usage Total Report 

 Usage By Account Report 

 

 

 

 

 To replace  Billing Reports , please use:
