Removal of Reports Notification

We’d like to remind you of the upcoming changes to report availability in the eFax Management portal as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience:

Report Access Changes:

Starting February 19th, the following reports will no longer be accessible in the portal:
- Summary Report
- Billing Report
- Fax Machine Connectors Orders Report
- Grouped Stats By Number Report
Starting April 23rd, the following report API endpoints will no longer be accessible:
- Summary Report
- Billing Report

Enhanced Recommended Replacements:

To replace Summary Reports, please use:
- Usage Total Report
- Usage By Account Report

To replace Billing Reports, please use:
- Usage Total Report
- Accounts Total Report
- Users Total Report
- Numbers Total Report
- FMC Total Report
