We’d like to remind you of the upcoming changes to report availability in the eFax Management portal as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience: Report Access Changes: Starting February 19th, the following reports will no longer be accessible in the portal: Summary Report Billing Report Fax Machine Connectors Orders Report Grouped Stats By Number Report Starting April 23rd, the following report API endpoints will no longer be accessible: Summary Report Billing Report Enhanced Recommended Replacements: To replace Summary Reports, please use: Usage Total Report Usage By Account Report To replace Billing Reports, please use: Usage Total Report Accounts Total Report Users Total Report Numbers Total Report FMC Total Report We encourage you to explore these alternatives to ensure a smooth transition.  Should you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@voxtandem.com
